Acceptable use

Listings, sponsorship & advertising

Some listings may be sponsored; these are always clearly and conspicuously labeled per FTC guidelines. We do not publish fake, incentivized, or AI-generated reviews. Affiliated reviews are labeled. Before/after images are published only with signed patient consent on file, scoped for public web use, provider-attested, and unexpired.

Intellectual property

All content, design, and code on Directory (excluding third-party stock imagery credited on our Image Credits page) is owned by MediEdge Marketing. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Stock imagery is used under Creative Commons licenses as detailed on our Image Credits page.

User submissions

By submitting information through our forms, you grant MediEdge Marketing the right to use that information to process your inquiry and facilitate connections with providers. You retain ownership of your submitted content.

Governing law
